in this customers car. We specialize in Dodge Vipers so we know these vehicles extremely well. We had already issued a FULL refund to this customer BEFORE he filed this complaint. Filing this complaint was not necessary.

My complaint was filed before the refund was issued hence the filing. Documents supporting the fitment issue were provided. Since I have received a refund minus shipping which I'm OK with. After speaking with various dealers, gen V parts can differ depending where they were manufactured.
