I received a phone call from Mr*** on Dec29th, at 12:p.m. I anticipated this call would be to set up a date & time for him or someone else he may have appointed to fix my gutter problem. Surprisingly, Mr*** said he had been at my house on "Friday" (I assume the 24th?) and took care of the problem. I had no prior knowledge that Mr*** had been to my house until his phone call on the 29th. I had told him I wanted to be present when he came. Mr*** did not ask for permission to step on my property. I told him I would then need to wait until we get more snow followed by any melting to make sure the problem has been resolved. He said to contact him with any future concernsRegards,

The gutter was fixed on Friday December 26thAlthough I had returned her call after the customer had made the Revdex.com complaint, I had not seen the complaint until after I had already talked to herNevertheless I hope that the issue is resolved to Ms*** satisfaction and apologize for any misunderstandings

Mr. [redacted] responded to me AFTER he received a notice from Revdex.com regarding my concern. He had even discussed it with me when he came to my home on December 10th. I had heard absolutely nothing from him prior to this.
Apparently, a number of employees no longer work for Mr. [redacted]. I did not know this until he informed me when he came to my house on December 10th. I do not know if they were fired or quit.
In any event, I will keep you updated accordingly. As of today's date, I continue to wait to hear from Mr. [redacted] in establishing a date for him or someone "he sends" to fix my gutter. Thank you.
