We live in MIAMI and had used Xael Charters to book our most recent family trip to Cuba this month and the experience could not have been worst. Let's start by saying that the charges you pay them at their Miami airport counter are ridiculous, besides the charges for excess luggage after 44 pounds they charge you a fee of $20.00 per checked bag . once at the check in process we learned that the flight was delay for 3 hours..
The worst part was that when we got to Cuba after spending an hour waiting for our luggage to show up in the carousel we find out that they had left our luggage back in Miami and instead they decided to load luggage that was left behind from previous flights...how could this be possible ??? And it wasn't only me as this happened to 50 % of the people in my flight .
:(:(.. This error caused us to have to loose one day and return to the HAVANA airport the next day to claim our luggage which was another headache I don't want to remember :(:(:(
