la peor compania de charter q he usado. No le doy cero porque no es posible. compre un pasaje en Cuba LLama y para mi mala suerte era con Xael. decia a dolar la libra, 25 despc. 35 articulos personales por arriba. cuando llegue al aeropuerto pague casi 200 ,9 fee de reservacion 35 de hiegiene 35 de combustible etc y eso q solo llevaba un maletin de 52 libras. Iba por problemas medicos. mi vuelo salia domingo en la manana pero llegue a mi casa en granma a la 1 am del LUNES. el avion salio retrasado como 12 horas. La gente tirada por el suelo, me parecio q aun vivia en cuba y aquello era una terminal de omnibus. Lo peor de la historia es q mi unico maletin no llego como los de muchos pasajeros y nadie sabia cuando los manadarian, nadie se hacia responsable. Solo los maletines q la gente del aeropuerto de miami puso una cinta de preferencial porque pertenecian a gente q iba de mulas de agencias. Tuve q pagar a alguien en el aeropuerto para q me avisara cuando los mandaran ya q no podia pagar un carro todos los dias de granma a Holguin .Los manadaron el JUEVES, cuando llegue solo se escuchaban las lamentaciones de todos aquellos q como yo tenian las cosas que se havian hechado a perder, inservibles apestando. El peor servicio de charter, NO LE IMPORTAS TU, NI TUS BULTOS NI TUS FAMILIARES EN CUBA.
We live in MIAMI and had used Xael Charters to book our most recent family trip to Cuba this month and the experience could not have been worst. Let's start by saying that the charges you pay them at their Miami airport counter are ridiculous, besides the charges for excess luggage after 44 pounds they charge you a fee of $20.00 per checked bag . once at the check in process we learned that the flight was delay for 3 hours.. The worst part was that when we got to Cuba after spending an hour waiting for our luggage to show up in the carousel we find out that they had left our luggage back in Miami and instead they decided to load luggage that was left behind from previous flights...how could this be possible ??? And it wasn't only me as this happened to 50 % of the people in my flight . :(:(.. This error caused us to have to loose one day and return to the HAVANA airport the next day to claim our luggage which was another headache I don't want to remember :(:(:(
