Review: The once free blogging site has recently switched to a paid only site where members must pay 45$ to remain an active member. I used the iPhone app, not the website. While they did advertise the server move on their website - they did not provide mobile users with notice. Therefore I was unaware that in order to access or save my work dating back to 2005, I would need to do so from the website. This is a poor move on their part. I contacted them several times via their website and through the [redacted] page as per '[redacted]' requested. They did provide me with archives however they are not up to date. I asked them if I did pay the 45$ to become a paid member would it ensure that my archives would be up to date. I did not get a reply. I am tired of waiting for only half answers. Had they advertized via their mobile app I would not be in this mess. I have been a member since 2005. It is unacceptable that I am unable to access my past work unless I become a paid member. From conversations with '[redacted]' he tells me that there are several people experiencing a similar issue with current and up to date archives. He is unsure of the date the archives were created however, on their [redacted] page their 'team' was archiving on September *. I am very disappointed with the lack of notification about the changing of the servers. I checked and I did not even receive an email from them notifying me that I will never be able to access my work without paying the annual fee.Desired Settlement: I want my updated archives or an active membership so I may properly archive my work.
