Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Worth Finance did not address the issueYes, my bank refunded the disputed amount - I never said they didn’tThat’s not the issueYour response that Worth Finance assumed I was happy with the “resolution” because I continued to pay my bill is ridiculous I certainly don’t feel secure giving my account information to Worth Finance - that’s why I’ve used the call center to pay my bill since this happened because [redacted] said it would be “more secure” - his words, which suggest that he knows/agrees my info is not secure with the Scott Street branchI had my bank mail a check for the last payment I made, so no, I don’t feel secure giving out my financial information to Worth FinanceWorth Finance completely ignored the real issue of my debit card being stolen by one of their employees and the extreme inconvenience it causedAgain, I want Worth Finance to admit their fault and credit my account $ Regards, [redacted]
