Review: This complaint [redacted] was supposed to be transferred to Xarus' location in Illinois (see attached business response).
I have attempted to address this with the shipper ([redacted]) of the item I had bought from [redacted] which was [redacted] Series 4-Inch 2-Way Speakers[redacted], Pair, New. They are not complying and do not care, although I have told them I would make a complaint. Obviously, they do not care about Customer support and the quality of their company.According to the shipping details, this item was "delivered", but NOT signed for. However I do not have this item. I have checked with my neighbors, and everywhere that the post man would leave mail or packages. I am the only one who gets the mail. I have asked the post man and they have not seen this package. I do not have this item that I have paid for.Desired Settlement: Refund for not receiving item.
