I recently filed a claim against Xavier Landazuri of San Diego, an electrician who has done work for me and others in my area (Del Mar) in that capacityYou acknowledged receipt of it and replied
that I should provide his license number and e-mail addressHowever, he has neither, but I don’t think that should invalidate my complaint against him as an electrician, as filed.Your reponse said I should respond within seven days but there now there is no record of my filing under Bookmarks (which is where I filed my filing) with a complete record of my filing and your response, but now all I get is “Page cannot be found.”Help!

Review: Electrician repaired electric plug-in panel behind refrigerator, promising to protect vinyl flooring against damage before pulling it out from wall. However, that was not done because after he left I discovered deep depressions into the vinyl flooring that could only have been caused by the refrigerator's weight and footprint.I wrote him a letter pointing all of the above out and asking for a response. That was more than a month ago and I have no response. I think other customers, present and potentially future, should know about this lack of responsibility.Desired Settlement: The vinyl flooring has to be replaced in the damaged area, which would demand the services of an installer and the buying of several new Marmoleum vinyl tiles, which can only be installed by replacing a number of these tiles because they interconnect with each other; in this case, over an area of about 4 feet x 4 feet.
