I was happy to be a returning XBTeller customer. Today I encountered someone particularly rude in the customer service department. After my interaction with your employee I have gone from someone happy to use your service again, to someone happy to be using a competitor for now on. Your employee was unhelpful, and discouraging to talk to, and then offered a boiler plate placating apology once they realized they were in the wrong.

After today, it feels like the policy here is the customer is always wrong.

Use another company, there are so many other bitcoin atm choices, and this company is toxic.

This complaint is a complete fabrication. I have met [redacted] to attempt to facilitate his bitcoin to USD conversion. However after spending hours watching him and trying to assist in the process it became clear that he had no bitcoin to sell. I request his so called “proof.”
