Terrible company to deal with Worth the penalty to switch your mortgage to a different lender Every four months, Xceed seems to debit extra fees saying that valid house insurance is not in place when in fact it has always been in place and has never lapsed Becoming a constant headache having to constantly provide proof of insurance quarterly to satisfy Xceed The customer service drones can't give straight and honest answers Fed up and would DEFINITELY NOT renew my mortgage with Xceed
