The customer service of this company is seriously lacking. I have been trying since July 6, 2015, the date of my first call, to get a service added to my account. Each time I call, they take my phone number, name, description of what I need, and tell me it will be done within 7 days. At this point I'm begging them to take another $10/month from me for this service, but still I wait.
