Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. They have responded to your/my requestHowever, I am not satisfied with the resultsThey have damaged my credit for a length of time, intentionallyThis was an intentional act on their partThey tried to "double bill" meThey "sold" my debt to a collector, THEN they acted like nothing happened, and continued to still "collect" from me I would like them to provide an apology for their immoral business actsThis could of been done efficiently and effectively, but they
continued to ignore my requests for solving the financial problem they created for meIt was an act of fraud in their attempt to handle this situationThe damage they did to my credit was months before the date they wrote to you.
They did nothing until I notified youThis has cost me a great deal of my time and has been a financial burden to me I contacted them on 11/13/not 11-14-However, I made numerous attempts prior to that, to tell them that the debt they "sold" to a "private collector" needed to get resolved and that it was damaging my creditThis has been going on since 3-01-That was the date, "according to their collector's", that * *** and Associates, "their bill collector" started to damage my credit So, you can imagine how disappointing this has been for me They "never did reply"That statement by them was a direct "lie." Whenever I called them to "resolve" the problem, they would pass me off by saying..(and I quote).."We can't help you with thatYou will have to contact your attorneyWe can't help you," is all I ever heard form themNothing was being done until I contacted you, Revdex.comThank you, Revdex.comI am now just finally now making headwayThings are now looking better and updated information has been showingHowever, it does not resolve all the damage they did to my credit from the prior time periodI understand Revdex.com is limited in what they can doHowever, notifying you has definitely helpedThank you, Revdex.comAt this time, I think there is nothing more you can do, Revdex.comHowever, at this time an apology would of helped.
Regards,

The consumer named [redacted] contacted our company via email on 11/14/14. We replied to her on 11/25/14 indicating that [redacted] & Associates is representing our company in regards to her...

account. We provided her with the contact number for the office where she can get a letter indicating that her account has been paid in full. On 01/05/15, [redacted] & Associated reported to the credit bureau that her account has been paid and closed. A letter was sent out to Ms. [redacted] on 01/12/15 from [redacted] & Associates indicating that her account is now closed and the credit bureau was notified. In receipt of her complaint to the Revdex.com, we have again notified Ms. [redacted] that she can obtain the letter she desires through [redacted] & Associates. We hope that this resolves the issue between both parties as it is not in our interest to have conflict with our patients.

I have contacted Xcelerate many times requesting the bill that they "sold off" to the bill collector, [redacted] and Associates. They refuse to cooperate and ignore my requests. They keep telling me to contact [redacted] for that, but I can't because I don't have a contract with them. Plus, it is Xcelerate's responsibility, because they are the one's that "sold" my account to a debt collector. They should have it easy access at their office, since they are the one's who initiated the communication with [redacted]. They tell me things like "they-[redacted] " is their/Xcelerate's attorney, but yet they are only a debt collector. I need that paperwork emailed to me at [email protected] asap.
I want them to email me copy of the original debt they sold off to [redacted] and associates. I do not want contact nor any harassment from [redacted] & Associates since they are a debt collector and my debt is now paid off.
Regards,
[redacted]

Review: Received physical therapy here. The therapy here was great, but the billing was poorly handled by the company. The company was paid by my attorney for services rendered, which they accepted. However, my billing/contract was sold, by them, to a bill collector. They did not use funds to pay bill collector. Bill collector harmed my credit score because of this. Poorly handled and appears to be a bite unethical. Isn't this fraud? I attempted to point out "their" error, (Xcelerate's practices), without all the added drama that would follow if they would just simply, "fix," the problem they created. They refused.Desired Settlement: I wanted this for your information. Unfair and unethical business practices. I am not sure what the Revdex.com does to handle this kind of situation. They need to hand those funds over to bill collector.
