Xceptional Wildlife Removal

In reference to Mr [redacted] located at [redacted] Mr [redacted] recently filed a complaint with the Revdex.com of Richmond reporting that the work had not been "completed" In fact, Mr [redacted] work was completed in July This is after a long bout of failed attempts to get in-touch with Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] at the time had a severely delinquent balance in excess of $ [redacted] at the time and both of Mr [redacted] contact phone numbers given to our company were and still are disconnectedMr [redacted] was sent to collections for not payment, where he had made some small incremental payments reducing his overall balance to $***At such time, he filed a complaint with a desired resolution of forgiving the balance.On the complaint listing a new contact number We immediately had our wildlife biologist, Sean contact him and visit his home to re-check all work at NO FEE At this time, Mr [redacted] stated that he was observing insect activity in the home Although we do business in household pest management, this was never a contracted service for Mr [redacted] We removed bats and squirrels from Mr [redacted] attic for an agreed price We even gave Mr [redacted] a complementary pest service at this time in agreement for him to remove filed complaint and pay his balance in-full Mr [redacted] failed to keep his work on either of the two agreementsFurthermore, it was confirmed that all work is complete to industry standard and Mr [redacted] is not experiencing a problem with squirrels or bats.Mr [redacted] has a severely delinquent balance of $ [redacted] and needs to pay immediatelyWe would gladly provide any supporting documents that the Revdex.com of Richmond may requireRespectfully, Geoffrey S [redacted] ***Wildlife Biologist

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] You mailed their responses to me in the mailI do not agree with what they are saying I hired another company to check the roof work and I had to spend another $ [redacted] to complete the work They did not do a good job, their representative gave me run around, I had to pay $ [redacted] to another company to complete the work, they sent me a bill with additional $ [redacted] charge and when I asked why, they changed the bill So they didn't even know what they were billing me forAt the end I have to point out again, I hired another company to complete the roof work and paid $ [redacted] I stay with my complaint and I do not want to pay this company any more money Now they are harrassing me with collection agency on top of everything
