Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12285619, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I am very aware that the services were provided by Blue Ox DFW The unfortunate nature of this is that all correspondence to date has been with the group out of Magnolia Further, the owner of the Magnolia office has made reference to proposed settlement in the past during telephone conversations We were initially led to believe that the damage claims would be facilitated and managed by the Magnolia office I am disappointed at the lack of follow through regarding the settling of this matter of with any information regarding how to contact responsible parties [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards,

because you didn't like how it felt. Here is some helpful advice - go to a mattress store and try out mattresses. Don't buy a mattress online unless you intend to keep it. You should not have received any refund as it is a NON-RETURNABLE ITEM
