Review: On November 3rd, I placed an order with XcessBuy for 1 Vtech CS6429-2 800mah 2.4v cordless battery for my phone. My Transaction ID # is [redacted] for this order. They stated it would be shipped by the next business day and to this date 11/10/14, I still have not received my merchandise. They did take the money from my bank account on 11/3/14 for $4.99. I tried to call their phone number, which is 714-424-9700 and got a recording stating the number had been disconnected or no longer in service. I also sent an email to the company in regards to this order and still have not received an answer. I have a very limited income and this upsets me terribly that I paid for this item and did not receive it and cannot get in touch with this company. Please help in this matter.
