Review: We had a iphone 5c screen that was cracked and we went to Sing at Xclusive Cell to fix it. He repaired the screen on Sept. 1, 2014 at the Fullerton location and I paid him $80. When we left the office the phone was working. 2 days after the repair the screen went black and stopped working. The phone itself still worked, you could get ring tones, talk to Siri and hear notifications, it was the screen that stopped working. I have called the company 5 different times, the first time I did speak with Sing and he said that he was going to Las Vegas for a week and would call back and look at the phone upon his return. He did not call me back. I have called 4 other times and another man on the phone takes my message with my call back info and I have yet to receive a call back. I have since had to purchase a new phone, I can not go a month without a phone.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $80 for the money I paid for a defective screen.
