Xclusive Appliance Repair Reviews (3)

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.#1 I called Xclusive Appliance Repair (XAR) 25 minutes after leaving the 1st time because the leak continued when the washer went to the Rinse/Spin cycle. The tech ‘Did Not’ run ‘Test’ of a complete cycle and that’s why he didn’t see a leak. #2 Note the Tech stated the washer was “Working Fine”. (No loud noise)#3 The 2nd invoice is clearly dated 1/31 28 days later feather than his stated response of 1/13!#4 XAR NEVER tried to contact us which is why I had to contact American Home Shield to find out when a tech was going to fix our leak. Their response is ‘Not True’ about them trying to reach us since it goes to my personal cell phone and I never received a call or voice mail.#5 Neither time did the tech run a ‘Full Cycle’ to test the machine. That’s why they did not see a leak because it leaks at the ‘Rinse/Spin Cycle.#6 Note: Neither time did the tech hear a ‘Loud Noise’. On both occasions they signed the washer was “Working Fine”.#7 I called less than 5 minutes after the same tech (2nd time) left because the washer was making a ‘Very Loud’ noise. #8 What was different this time is that the tech had to open the front panel, exposing the inside of the machine which is where he had to get access to the drain.#9 That is when I believe he either broke the machine or did not put it back together properly causing it to brake.#10 The owner claimed (after talking to both techs) neither tech took the machine apart. However, the only way you can access the drain filter is by taking the front panel off.#11 After contacting AHS they told me that XAR told them that we had ’overloaded’ the machine and that’s why it was broke.#12 No tech ever witnessed or asked us about loading our machine.#13 AHS told me that they would not cover the warranty because XAR told them we had overloaded the machine.#14 We never overloaded the machine#15 The ‘Loud Noise’ indicating the machine was broke never happened until they worked on the inside of the machine. This business continues to change it’s stories to try and not stand behind their work.Their invoice states Warranty of 90 days on parts and 30 days on labor. We had to buy a new machine because they broke it.#13 I co laim they they made this up to cover the fact that they broke the machine. [redacted] ***
