*** trajo su vehiculo a mi negocio expreso interes en repararlo y no tener suficiente dinero para el arreglo.Me ofreci a
ayudarle dandole un precio razonable y a la vez para darme a conocer con mi trabajoLe di el precio de labor por $y las Partes$en ningun momento *** menciono tener dos reclamos con el seguro lo cual el seguro le pagoa ***uno por el bumper y el otro por la puerta y el espejo y ella era responsable por el deductible de cada uno de los reclamos
si tubimos un incoveniente con las partes lo que nos retraso la fecha de entrega , pero *** fue notificada y tuvimos contacto con una agente de allstate *** se le explico el inconveniente y *** nos dijo que el vehiculo que estaba rentado para *** iva a ser extendido hasta que el vehiculo estubiera listo
se le enviaron fotografias de el progreso y arreglo del vehiculo ya que hacia llamadas y texto exigiendo que se le contestara en horarios fuera de lugarse presento al shop exigiendo que se le dejara ver el progreso de el vehiculo queriendo entrar en el area de trabajo, el cual le fue negado por seguridad
Al momento de *** recivir el vehiculo se le pregunto si estaba sastifecha , ella expreso conformidad con el trabajo y dijo que le gusto, tambien se le informo que no nos fue posible encontrar los paintstripe y que se le instalaria tan pronto estuvieran disponible
Se le informo sobre una pieza cerca del speaker de la puerta derecha que ya estaba rota y se le informo que ese arreglo no estaba incluido en el estimado , me ofreci a ordenarcelo pero que ella era responsable por el costo,pero ella nunca regreso
al momento de entregar el vehiculo ella dijo estar sastifecha y que regresaria para poner los paintstripe y ordenar la pequena pieza
he conducido negocio de la mejor manera para la sastifacion de *** y no entiendo el porque tomo la decicion de hacer este tipo de comentarios cuando tambien en base y por la tardanza en la fecha de entrega se le pinto e su totalidad el lado derecho del carro y sin ningun costo adicional

I disagree with this response due to information providedI have all messages that was sent back and forth with the owners wife due to his lack of English speaking

We do not have the time to be in such disputes by a person who wants to prejudice a business
Ms *** was notified,at the time to pickup her vehicule we told her about the broken part and paintstripe inconvinience , the broken part was not our resposability, we offered to install it at no additional cost when she bought the part and the paintstripes
Ms *** argues about not been informed of the process of the car, clearly in the text message we can see that we did informe her about it
Usually when a person brings a car to a paint shop ther is no need to call the customer every day to give details about what has been done in the carthat's absurd
Ms*** was given the personal phone number only if she could not contact mr *** but never to use it as a means of daily communication and tha's why we say she kept calling after hours job
at all times we were respectful and cordial with Ms *** we apologize for the delay with her vehicle but our humility was not enough to make her understand that drawbacks can happend and can happen to anybody
the vehicle was completed and Ms *** Recivied the vehicle without any kind of nonconformity implying that back to as I explained we had to install the broken piece and paitstripe free
We do not agree whit MS *** asking for reebolse of money because the work was completed in full and she accepted the vehicule without any problem
we just have to say that any business need to be awere because a lot people is doing this type things after they job is done they try to complain , go to court just to get extra money of hard working people
we are done with this matter
