Review: I purchased a product from Xconsoles December 8th 2014. My credit card was charged and the shipping date kept getting pushed back. Once I realized the product was not going to ship I request a refund on December 22, 2014. Support told me that they we have to issue a refund via check. The only issue is I do not have the refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my money returned.
Review: I ordered from xconsoles.com on December 10th, They claim they do not charge until the item has shipped but they charged my credit/debit card on the 18th and did not ship anything. On the 27th of December they claimed they had a problem with their credit card processor and said that I would receive a refund. On the 27th of December they told me I would receive my refund within five business days. On the 9th of January I informed them I had not received my refund, the next day they informed me they would be contacting their virtual terminal provider to resolve the issue. As of the 14th of January the issue has not been resolved, I have not received my refund and at this point I do not expect to.Desired Settlement: I want my money back with as little delay as possible. Barring that they could at least send me the product that I paid for, again with as little delay as possible. As it stands this has been my worst experience with online shopping.
We have been experiencing a fairly horrible situation with our payment processor [redacted]. We had received stock to ship the customer's product however, onDecember 9th we received notification that [redacted] had frozen our account. They never provided specifics on why the account was frozen other than they thought we were selling illegal merchandise. We proved them to be incorrect in that statement and were momentarily cleared by [redacted] of any wrongdoing after they performed their own independent investigation.
