Review: I requested for my Nintendo DS Lite to be fixed because it was not working. However, when the device was returned to me it was completely scratched up with tons of visible markings. I provided pictures to them of how it was in perfect condition beforehand and asked for appropriate compensation but they refused to appropriately compensate despite me asking for the amount to replace my custom case. I was also constantly treated as if I was attempting to scam them and they called my pictures fakes even though it clearly showed that it was the same device.Desired Settlement: I would like $50 to replace the custom case since that is the price it originally costed. I would also like for them to improve their policy of handling customers because I was constantly treated with disbelief and I would like a formal apology.
