The service was horrible!! The tour guide dropped me off miles away from what should have been the drop-off point!!!!
The tour guide failed to let everyone know that the bus was not going back to Bayside (where to tour started) to drop off passengersAs we approached Bayside on the way back from Key West, the driver did a rolling stop as a couple of people got offThere was never any notification of such thing happeningHe went on to drop off other passengers ** their respective hotelsAfter realizing he was going farther and farther away from Bayside, I asked if he was going back to the starting point (Bayside) since it was the pick up point (and should have also been the drop off point since we were not told otherwise) he said no and that I had to get a taxi back to BaysideNeedless to say, I had to pay the cab fare from something street Miami Beach to Bayside (about minutes long) after to tour guide rudely told me I had to get off and get a taxiIn a nutshell, I absolutely would not recommend this tour to anyone else
