[ I have attached the information that I have provided now for the third timeI don't understand why you don't have a record of this unauthorized transactionI was charged twice when I was suppose to be refundedIf your argument is that you reached out to me concerning this matter that is a lie, I have reached out to you providing this information each time. If that was the case I wouldn't have had to get the Revdex.com involvedWhy is it that you need a copy of my bank statement when you should have a copy of the receipt when you charged me for the second time? I also attached the original receipt when I was charged instead of receiving a refundIt is sad that this had gotten this farPlease do the right thing and pay me what is owed.]

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintThe customer never gave us chance to work on the car, she brought to her own mechanic, to have elective and maintenance work done on her vehicleAfter work was already done she tried to get Xdrive to pay for itWe were never given a
chance to provide any serviceJust a bill from her mechanicI wish we could have dealt with it according to the LawBut were never given a chance

We contacted with *** *** and scheaduled all nessesary service.Best regards

I am rejecting the response from the company for the following reasons:I did not have any elective maintenance performed on the carThe car was unable to be driven as the front wheel bearings were gone. When the engine light came on, my mechanic began troubleshooting the issueInitially, it was a misfiring on the 5th cylinder The spark plugs were changed however that did not correct the issueThe engine light came back on and again, my mechanic troubleshot the issueThis time it was the knock sensorThen the light came back on and it was the oil sensorThe light came back on again and my mechanic brought it to *** dealership where they determined that the main computer was causing the sensor failuresThe part had to be ordered from the *** manufacturing facility in the UKThis took two weeksThe car is still at the *** dealership as I write this letterI was never instructed to bring the.car backIn communication with the company, I was told to "read what I signed" however, I couldn't read the agreement because it was with my car which was either at my mechanic's of the *** dealership. I've spent over half of what I paid for the car fixing it.

We sincerely apologize that you have had some issues with the vehicle.We called the Continental Warranty company on 10.19.2017 about this case. So, your policy for the Lifetime Warranty by Continental Warranty is active and has no mileage restrictions. Also, there was no record of a claim being...

filed or any phone calls from you. We also contacted the local warranty representative and explained your situation. The Representative agreed to call you with the correct course of action. The warranty phone number for any claims is [redacted].If you would like to cancel that warranty, you will need to submit an application form provided by them. We do apologies for that situation. We are working on it to get it resolved as soon as possible.

We spoke with the sales person regarding this deal. We audited all the credit card and bank transactions on our end but do not have any records related to these charges.  We called the customer on 10/18/17 asking to email us a copy of the bank statement showing said charges so we could rectify...

the situation. She never sent it, and we have  since left her 2 voicemails regarding this matter.  We are still waiting to hear from the customer and would be happy to refund same day if it was indeed our mistake.Best regards
