Xduce

I was contracted by Xduce to work for a medical company. Travel expenses are reimbursed by Xduce. After running the numbers I discovered that I was NOT being compensated in a timely manner. After numerous calls and emails I was told that Xduce would only reimburse me when the client that I worked for payed them. This isn't how business should be done. I was $1300 in the hole two months later and it's not like they didn't have the money. After battling with them and consulting with several attorneys Xduce relented and paid me.

What do I expect from a culture where they worship cows and starve and defecate in the streets? They'd rather starve than spend a dollar to feed themselves. It's hard to believe that India, with one worthless Indian child born each 3 seconds, has a functioning space program and is a nuclear power. Priorities folks, priorities.

In America, companies typically pay their employees even if they're in the red and Xduce was far from insolvent and they come to my country expousing their value systems (or lack thereof) If you are looking for work and expect quick reimbursement for your travel you should avoid these people like plague.
