I went to Xenon Hair Academy to recieve a low light chemical treatment and a hair cut on *** @1pm*** *** is the student that performed the serviceI specifically asked for low lights with maybe a bit more around my hairShe proceeded to foil my hair for two and a half hoursShe has to go back three times to get more hair color, which confused me because usually low lights for me only takes about a bowl and a half of colorI continued to process the color for minutes and then we went to wash my hair outI came back to my chair and I knew something was wrong because my hair was a completely different colorI have a naturally red curly hair, something I loveI came back and my hair come completely brownI was so in shock I didn't know what to doI proceeded to pay $** plus tip *** $*So total I paid $** for this serviceI was so in shock that I didn't know what to sayI wal
