I am responding to this notice on behalf of [redacted] ***, our President [redacted] did mention that he was in contact w/ the customer and let them know that due to part restriction’s we were running into, and the order being a pre-order, we were in the process of sourcing parts and fulfilling the order That process has taken a little longer than we had expect Currently, it is looking like a week lead time to fulfill the order’s The customer does have the option of waiting for the order to fulfill at this time or they can get a full refund We do apologize for the delay to the customer and await their request [redacted] ***
