Per our stated return policy, we accept returns on product in new and unworn condition within
days of purchase, and state it may take business days to process a refund

Customer returned shoes months after purchase in worn condition and filed complaint days later, before package has been processed
Though the shoes do not meet our return criteria, and are well past the refund date, we have issued a refund of the $purchase price as a one time customer courtesy
