"Xerox Recovery Services" contacted me VIA USPS Mail and referenced a hospital / ER visit as a result of an auto accidentI am sure they got this info from public records The wording in their correspondence was very unclear, complete with misspellings, and they referenced my Health Care Provider by name, obviously attempting to represent themselves as associated with my Health Care Provider They are not Their purpose for contacting me was also very unclear in the letter I did my research, and found that the SEC filed suit against Xerox Recovery Services in for Fraud, as did the State of Texas regarding Medicare Fraud Obviously, I am disgusted with Xerox Recovery Services sketchy and possibly illegal practices, and I urge you to research and report them as necessary

I as well as my Attorney has been trying to contact this Xerox Recovery Service several times, via telephone, first class mail lastly faxAll Letters went to Attn: Jennifer *** at ext* *** requesting the LEIN amount for my MedicalHowever, for month this went unansweredMy Attorney's letter head clearly states where all Correspondences need to go: address, phone number, email and fax numberHe was not receiving a responseHe then spoke with her on the phone twice, Jennifer *** sent him a form he needed to fill outShe sent this form to the wrong address, and with it being a large firm didn't even address the letter to my attorney, to whom she spoke with; only Dear AT LAW: and it was the same form letter she already received completedI try to call this woman, and I get nothing but voicemail, and the number that they have and provide is is an invalid numberThey so desperately want to be reimbursed, because it's the LAW, however, their staff doesn't do their job

I received a letter via USPS staying they wanted to " review claims when an injury or illness may have been the result of getting hurt at work, commercial premises or a motor vehicle accident"However, the date of treatment was last month, and it says I was treated by a hospital in TexasI live in Missouri, so that is completely impossible, as I have never even been to the city at states I was treated in
Aside from the fact that they have several typos and grammatical errors on their letter, and make it seem as if they are contacting me on behalf of my insurance company , my insurance company says they have NOT been in contact with these people whatsoever
This is a complete SCAM to get personal information and payment from individuals incapable of realizing they are completely fraudulent
Do NOT ever give this company any information, in any way, for any reason!

I received a questionnaire regarding a medical issue for which I visited the VAMy employer's insurance has absolutely nothing to do with the VA yet this "recovery service" refers to them as affiliated health organizations on the questionnaireThe questionnaire, paper AND website requires extremely personal information from you before allowing you to see or move forward through their site with any details regarding their intentionsI would highly advise NOT to divulge your sensitive information to this company unless you speak to a rep and they can actually confirm what they are claiming to bePersonally for me, it feels like a scam

They are not.

Their purpose for contacting me was also very unclear in the letter.

I did my research, and found that the SEC filed suit against Xerox Recovery Services in 2002 for Fraud, as did the State of Texas regarding Medicare Fraud.

i've been getting letters from xerox recovery services about a treatment between a span of 5 months last year asking what the nature of the claims were. why dont they go in and check the history of my treatments? if they are legitimate they would have access. I have not had any of the employee from [redacted] services contact me regarding any treatment matter that we havent discussed already so im not sure where these are coming from. I don't know if they are a scam so I am not responding. or did someone submit a claim in our name? I don't know.
