I am rejecting this response because: I did speak to someone over the phone, and did not order through the website. She specifically told me I had days to return this product if not satisfied. I have been spending weeks to reach someone to issue a return authorization number which is why the product has been delayed in being returned. It has been a wild goose chase to get a response back from anyone to authorize this return within the designated time frame that was mentioned. This delay is due to the company's response time. They have not been accessible. Almost intentionally avoiding the situation instead of dealing with this issue in a timely manner. I was well within the days of notifying them.

The issue was more on the customer service after the fact that the club was brokenBased on the multiple grammatical errors in this response from the company, I do not feel a sincere effort was put forth when reading the complaint nor was an effort put in when responding

Please understand that our customers are very important to us, but website orders are not refundable based on the intangible ability of the buyer to play golf. It has not been determined if this customer ordered over the phone or via website, and the name on the card used could not be
verified. Customer still has all products. EVERY Hammer Golf product is guaranteed for life based on manufacturers defects, and will be replaced based on return of original and a small shipping fee. Also, all of these facts are clearly stated on every page of our website. Thanks!

100% of items was sent back to the company on august 8, 2015, and it was received. I cannot send anything else back as I do not have it the company does. I spent 2 weeks trying to get ahold of them to get instructions how to send back. never did they respond, the items were sent back in the original box and packaging to the only address I had. which was on the label. [redacted] XXXXX. it was delivered August 10th they will have to contact that person/persons at that address. They should have refused it so I could get it back they have the club I know feel very ripped off. I mailed it UPS with tracking#[redacted]XXXXXXXXXXXX. there should have been directions sent with the club for returns. these people do not answer their phones nor do they call back..

This customer claims to have sent products back, but with no return authorization, and sending back to Denver, we have no way of knowing if that is true because our return address in the summer is MI. We are happy to sort through the returns when we return to Denver in Nov.

We are looking into this customer, and will gladly make his refund minus restocking and original shipping.  We have recently brought customer service back in-house after a bad experience with a provider, so please be patient.  Our customers mean the world to us!
