verbal altercation between [redacted] and another group of guests at XFINITY Live!  At the first encounter, the manager approached both guests and asked if there was a problem.  The situation was diffused momentarily however the manager on duty had to ask [redacted] to please calm down and take a seat on multiple occasions. Once asked for a third time [redacted] started getting verbally abusive with the management and security team.  Both [redacted] and the other guests were asked to leave the premises.  Management notified XFINITY Live! Security who had to get two uniformed police officers involved to have [redacted] escorted out of the building. It is XFINITY Live’s policy to hold a credit card for all tables during large sporting events.  [redacted] was presented with his check which he did not pay.  The check was charged to his card after his group was escorted out of the building.  The on duty Assistant Director of Operations, [redacted] Operational Manager, Security Supervisor, and 2 members of the Philadelphia Police were aware of the situation and how it was handled.  [redacted] has talked on the phone with our human resources manager and the [redacted] manager about the situation.  The Assistant Director of Operations tried to call [redacted] on two occasions within [redacted]’s given availability and has corresponded through multiple e-mails with him. [redacted] told our HR manager that he tried to dispute the charges with his credit card company but was unable to do so because he did not have a receipt.  With all credit card disputes, the credit card company would notify our place of business via mail.  If we do not respond, the credit card company will always find in favor of the consumer.  In [redacted]’s case, we were never notified by his credit card company.  We have on record three written statements of the happenings of this event.  We feel as though the situation was handled according to our Policies and Protocols.  Sincerely,  Douglas B[redacted]Assistant Director of Operations at XFINITY Live!

On 11/2/2016 we received the Revdex.com complaint regarding the charges made to [redacted] [redacted]'s account. I called her and left a message to which she called us back promptly. Within the hour I had researched the problem and found that there was a technical issue with the phone system and we had not...

received her messages. then refunded the requested amount to the guest and called her back to explain the problem, apologized for the situation and requested that she come back to see us so that we can take care of her on her next visit. I also followed up with an email showing the receipt for the refund and gave her my direct contact information for any further inquiries.Best,Karen P

Review: I originally expected to hold a graduation/birthday party for the [redacted] Arena inside of Xfinity Live venue, but due to being told at 9pm two days before my party the tables would be removed from that area I had to have it in the VIP area. Due to receiving this information last minute I didn't have time to have my party at another venue. The problem is half of my party wasn't able to get in due to supposed capacity. I told the party planner in the beginning that some of my guests wouldn't be there until 10:30pm. My problem is half of my party wasn't able to get in due to supposed capacity, but they were still allowing people in,even though they told my guests it was filled to capacity. They closed the VIP line down and told my guests to stand in the other line, even though I was paying for my guests to get in free by reserving a VIP table. I was also told that I needed to spend $720 as an obligation for the table, since I said I would have between 15-20 guests. Since most of my guests wasn't allowed to come in I ended up with a $1100 bill. Which is way more than what I was told I would spend. The cocktail waitress never told me or showed me a list that stated the bottles were a different price. I was told the bottles were $180 a piece and to at least buy four to uphold the total of $720. Due to many of my guests not getting in I asked one waitress if I would be able to take the bottles home, and she said no. So I had to give my bottles away to random guests since we couldn't force ourselves to drink anymore.

By the party planner not answering none of my texts or phone calls my guests got tired of waiting in the cold and went home. No one was able to get in contact with her and one security guard( the one who refused me entry) said he didn't know who she was, although he worked in her section. I didn't see the party planner until 12:00 and that was the first time I seen her all night, although she was supposed to walk me to my table and make sure everything was to my standards. I told her my issue and even she stated she didn't know why that took place. I told her I had two guests that were in the parking lot leaving and she told me to call them back so she could at least get those two in. (These two were also told that they had to pay $25 and to buy something at a VIP table, although they stated that they were there for my party.)

Also on the night of my event I didn't receive half of the services, information, or respect I was supposed to receive that night. I was supposed to be walked to my table, handed wrist-bands, made drinks, but none of this happened. I even was rejected from getting to my table by not having a wristband which was supposed to have been given to me. When the party was over I contacted the sales manager only to never receive an response. It wasn't until a week later that I got a response from someone in another department. When I talked to the manager on the phone he didn't sound like he wanted to be bothered or cared to really deal with my issue. He kept talking while I was speaking and told me "well next time have it somewhere else." My mother asked him would he be there in the next 30 minutes and he said maybe I will or maybe I won't. My mother then told him well we will be there in the next ten minutes so we can try to handle the issue in person.

When me and my mother arrived at Xfinity Live, after waiting for almost 15 minutes, we spoke to both the manager and the COO as well. They didn't invite us to hold the meeting in a office, but right there in front of a crowd a few minutes before a [redacted] hockey game was about to come on. They both failed to see or rather understand what my issue was with my party. They even failed to apologize for my experience. I even cried, and they said we don't understand why you're getting upset. I said my party wasn't what I was expecting and it ruined my night and cost more than what I was told it would. The COO even laughed in my face while I was explaining my issue with him. When the COO stated that it could have been a miscommunication on the security end. I asked for the number to the security staff and he refused to give it to me and walked away. They have yet to still contact me to offer any apologies, refund, or another party.Desired Settlement: I would like either a partial refund of the two bottles I had to give away, or a complimentary service.

Review: Went for a bachelorette party. Paid for bottle service. All members were invited into VIP except for the bride. Bouncer at VIP not pleasing customer service ratings. Manager came over cursing at bride claiming that she was aggressive towards him. Bride was upset due to her party being in VIP and she was denied entry. Bride literally in tears - all 30 girls were told to leave VIP despite paying for bottle service already.Desired Settlement: Apology for ruining the bride to be'a night- and refund of payment

Review: I attended Xtoberfest at Xfinity Live which was a beer festival. After purchasing my ticket my wife and I were informed on their advertising and on the ticket itself that food was to be provided.

After entering the premise we were handed two food tickets (which we were told was included in our purchase price). My wife then took our tickets and stood in line for 45 minutes to redeem the tickets. She was then informed that they venue was out of food and there was nothing that could be done.

After hearing of this I asked to speak to a manager. The manager then informed me that there was nothing that could be done and offered me two drink tickets. The offering of a drink tickets at an all you can drink event is in my mind offensive and not a comparable product as to what was advertised/promised.

My wife then went to order a pizza since we needed to eat. She waited for an hour and fifteen minutes as everyone around her was served. I then asked to speak to a different manager and asked to have the pizza order cancelled since it had taken so long and we were getting ready to leave.

After a second manager came to speak to us the bartender literally threw the pizza money at my wife and she had to pick it up off of the bar. I was then asked to leave for a reason that was never provided to me except for the fact that I complained. The management team did everything in their power to silence me and make me accept their answer that no food or refund would be provided. The whole situation was extremely unprofessional as we kept getting the runaround from everyone that we talked to. The fact that "nothing can be done" when extra food tickets were being sold for $10/piece is even more offensive. Xfinity was so quick to make a buck off of this event that they could not even provide food for the number of people that were at this event and did not offer an acceptable alternative. The cost of two drinks is not equivalent to the food that was being offered, and at an all day day drinking event the offering of free drinks is a danger.

My wife then spoke with the manager of the Victory Brew Hall who said that we should write into the GM for recourse. We have yet to hear back from this manager.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund for the two VIP Extreme Tickets that I purchased due to non delivery of product, and rude and offensive behavior.
