Misleading time and gate openings
Came to wat h Encanto live with my 10 and 6 year old girls. Our email states the main gate opens at 530 and showtime is 7. We get there early and they state that gates are 6pm and show is at 730. Considering this is for young children and having misleading time is very frustrating as a parent . I know its only 30 minutes but that's a later time home and standing 2 children is not okay especially when one is in a cast. Informed the workers and they had no response or care. Mean while all team members are staring at the crowd behind closed gates

I'm so pissed off. Had lawn seats to Hootie and the Blowfish/Barenaked Ladies and the experience was terrible. I have had lawn seats before and I had a fabulous time but not tonight. They clearly over sold the show. Not once did I step or was I able to step foot on the lawn. We stood on the pavement walkway because there was no space at all. People were not only shoulder to shoulder but neck to neck. Everyone was complaining about the lack of space and the fact that they had never seen the Xfinity center like this. At one point security came through and tried to make everyone move into the lawn but they soon realized no one could move because there was no space. I will never go back to the Xfinity center again. I wouuld actually like my money back as we did not get to enjoy any part of the show because of how overly crowded the place was. Thank goodness there were no emergencies because that would not have been a pretty site. Stop over selling concerts to make money and only allow the amount of people who can comfortably fit so people can enjoy a show.

Review: I attended the [redacted] concert last Wednesday, 07/09/2014, at the Xfinity Theatre. I bought these tickets months prior and was extremely excited to be seeing one of my favorite artists. However, Xfinity made that thrill short lived. About a half an hour into the concert I was using my phone to document the concert just as every over person at the concert was doing. There were multiple employees around me at the time and no one said anything to me. However, then a security guard came over to me and began grabbing my own personal phone out of my hand telling me to put it away. I did so because that is what I was told. However, then I thought to myself how unfair it was that no one else was scolded like I was and no other security guard or employee had anything to say other than this one rude guard. So, I began using my phone again. Next thing I know I am surrounded by the same security guard and multiple [redacted] police officers and I am being escorted out of the concert. I asked the police why I was being kicked out and they told me to ask the guard. I did just as they asked and he had nothing to say. I was appalled by what happened. I have been a loyal customer to this theatre in the past and spent money on tickets, parking and concession items inside for this event. I feel as though I was kicked out for no apparent reason. I did nothing that everyone else didn't do. I also think that its ludicrous that when I'm asking police officers and security guards to explain why I am being kicked out of an event, they cant even do that for me. I also attempted to contact the Xfinity Theatre multiple times after the concert. Each time I was pushed through to a supervisors voice mail and none of my 4 messages were ever responded to over the course of an entire week. This was not right and I am very upset about it.Desired Settlement: I would either like to be refunded for the price of admission or I would like to receive complimentary tickets to another show at Xfinity, to wash away the awful nightmare that I endured at the [redacted] concert.

Review: We purchased tickets for an event at the Xfinity Center through [redacted] online. When we made the purchase for the tickets, we also purchased VIP parking for a fee of $22. I ordered the tickets and had them mailed to my home in [redacted] with plenty of time for them to arrive before leaving for our vacation in [redacted]. The tickets arrived, but the hang tag for the VIP parking did not. The receipt stated that it would be mailed 10 days before the show. That was a problem, we would not be at that address 10 days prior to the show, we would be in [redacted]. We called [redacted] at first and they informed us that they weren't the ones to issue the parking hang tags and we had to call the Xfinity Center. We called the Xfinity Center's customer service in order to have our hang tag mailed to the address we were staying at in [redacted]. Customer service refused to do anything for us. They would not reissue a new hang tag for us, nor would they refund our money. Instead they were quite rude and condescending. Was told that we needed to contact [redacted] as well. Basically we were given the run around. This was all told to us by a manager named [redacted] should not be a manager, she has no customer service skills. I would not have ordered the VIP parking if I had known it would not have arrived in time for the show. No where does it state that when making the purchase online. I want my money back and new hang tag issued so that we may settle this issue and we have the VIP parking that we originally ordered. I would also like to see a warning placed on the online purchase of these VIP parking tickets letting people know that they don't arrive with the tickets. We have spent nearly $400 on tickets to this venue and this is how they are treating us. They can't even make sure we are happy with a place to park that we paid for anyways.Desired Settlement: Refund of $22 and reissue of our VIP hang tag prior to the concert on June 19 mailed to my vacation address.

Review: I bought my [redacted] Concert Tickets to the [redacted] to see [redacted] on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at the Comcast Theater in Hartford, CT. As you may have seen all over the news, the entire show was a complete waste & [redacted] walked off the stage after sitting there smoking cigarettes for 25 minutes, which IS NOT what I paid to see. I paid to see a comedy act (of which the services I paid for were not received) where all the opening performers were drunk & they were so not funny, "not funny" doesn't even sum it up. I did not pay to see a performer have a $25,000 temper tantrum. Now when I called Comcast Theater at [redacted], I was transferred to a woman (when I called back I was informed it may have been the secretary [redacted])who said to me, "Why does everyone keep calling for refunds? No one said anything about a refund! Here, just call [redacted] Ext. [redacted]!" Then after she thought she hung up I could hear her continuing to rant & complain about my phone call & apparently the numerous others. I'm going to need a complete refund and/or replacement tickets to another event.

Product_Or_Service: Concert TicketsDesired Settlement: I would like to receive a complete refund, keep in mind we did have to pay for parking to this event as well. I would be willing to accept tickets to an upcoming event that I would want to go to if they want to do it that way, but after how rude the secretary was on top of the disappointing show, aside from the fact that I'm a loyal customer & go to at least 2 events every year no matter how tight the funds are, they're going to need to make it worth my while to keep me as a customer.

I am rejecting this response because:

There was nothing written there from Comcast. I was told they were going to make a note that I should receive 2 comped lawn seats to an event the next season that they are open, quite frankly I'm not going to just take their word for it, I want something in writing. The fact that they aren't even trying to issue a refund to every person in that theater is pathetic, [redacted] has been making a mockery of Hartford ever since he got on stage & that's called "fulfilling your contract"? I think not.

Sincerely,
