Review: I had ordered a few items from this establishment and I was told that I would need to pay ahead of time in order to receive the goods. The [redacted] then told me that I would need to leave my ID there in order to get the goods. I was then annoyed with these policies since I was told to pay before receiving anything and never received anything after I rejected them to copy my ID. I asked one of the employees for a refund and I was told I would receive it. I even asked for a refund receipt and they claimed "we don't do refund receipts!" I took their word that I would receive a refund however, days-weeks had passed. I contacted the [redacted] multiple times and no response. Instead they blocked my number on their phone and never replied to any of my messages asking for a refund (and I have proof). I can't believe such behavior from an [redacted]. I even left a [redacted] review and the [redacted] finally replied on that. He claimed that I was trying to scam them by doing a charge-back. I honestly don't have time for such nonsense. I just want a refund. I have provided the [redacted] review I've posted and the response [redacted] left as well.

To be honest I used to enjoy coming here back when an old colleague used to own the lounge. Servers such as [redacted], and [redacted] are the ones that should get respected for their excellent customer service. Whenever you do decide to go there they have good deals on hookahs before 8pm. Unfortunately new management has caused this place to spiral downward. I commend the staff for their effort however some individuals have major attitude issues and wind up bashing on their customers. For example, I was at this establishment a few days ago and I was forced to pay before receiving anything. Which is a little odd however I did anyway since my group was looking forward to hanging out. Then I was told they needed to photocopy my ID. I literally felt insulted by the [redacted]. After I demanded for a refund, the [redacted]aid to do a chargeback and they don't offer refunds nor refund receipts. I have texted the [redacted] personally multiple times to kindly ask for a refund but no response (it was expected). I personally don't know who's at fault here but it's obviously not my fault. However I am still waiting on my refund for something that I shouldn't have been charged for. Xhale really needs to step their customer service and etiquette up. [redacted] (Xhale [redacted]) I am eager to hear back from you about my refund and this review. After all of these issues are fixed I'll decide whether Xhale is an option. And as usual to all the [redacted]ers out there, you'll probably see the [redacted]ay something indifferent to what I claimed in this review.

There we go ladies and gentlemen, the [redacted] did not answer any of my questions, instead they called my group scammers and decided not to refund me. Well sir, the only person that's a scammer here is you. How are you going to charge someone for something they didn't receive? Instead they snarled away and threatened me with 'proper action.' (As stated in the response below). This was a simple issue and if this individual wants to pursue it, then go ahead. I'll be contacting the Revdex.com as well. (No threat, it's just 'proper action'). 12/**/2014 [redacted] as I told you that day when you came with your credit card scamming friend and I'll tell you again. I will not accept credit cards from you or your friends after the time I had to waste fighting those chargebacks when your group came and enjoyed. I was letting it sly if you gave us a copy of your id so I wouldn't have to deal with another chargeback. I don't know what colleagues you're talking about because if you knew the right ones they never left. As for my employees, they all do an outstanding job. Another thing you should get it clear, Xhale is not an option for you anymore. That's a decision you don't need to take. We have the right to deny service and will proceed with proper action if this continues.

You never asked a question until your quick update. So we will answer it now. We won't charge any of our customers without providing merchandise. And why would you pay without receiving goods? So there you go. As for the Revdex.com, you can contact them and the consumer affairs as well if you still think you haven't received the right answer. Your $20 is not worth all these arguments so I will not be replying to any further updates. Good luck with the Revdex.com. .Desired Settlement: I would just like a refund because the [redacted] of this establishment has only been snarling and has been of no help.
