I went to Xhoana *** for a check-up, new patient exam in SeptAt that time I had no dental pain or issues She did tons of xrays and sent me home with a treatment plan with almost $of work she planned to doI have since had one of her crowns come off twice, and she wanted to charge $to do more xrays and hopefully treat itI also have serious hot/cold sensitivity on the other side of my mouth where she put more crownsNeedless to say, I changed dentists, and am now having her work done rightWhat a waste of moneyand alot of pain for nothing!

From time of 1st bill I have been making payments I have the proof, she has not giving me credit and has turned it over to credit bureau.
Patient name is [redacted], do not have original bill with acct# or dos. The first pmt made was 12/07/12 and the service was in Nov 2012. I have made pmts through my online acct with [redacted] Banking in which I have the proof of said pmts. I told her from the beginning of 1st bill I would be making pmts in which I have faithfully and she turned it over to credit bureau. I haven't been getting any bills just calls from Credit bureau.
