2. Every DVD has region stated at back of it.
3. Store policy stated clearly that if DVD is not working well by our customer's machine, it can exchange after tested by the machine of out store.
4. Like your machine, our machine is also made in U.S.A., sometimes it caused the region lock by machine itself.

Review: On 2/*/14 at 3:04 P.M., I purchased a DVD from Xinhua Bookstore located at [redacted] (phone # ###-###-####). The transaction # is [redacted], clerk # **. However, when I tried to play the DVD at home, it would not play on two DVD players that work fine with other DVDs. Upon revisiting the DVD store on 2/**/14, an employee advised that it works fine with his DVD player and the store has a no refund policy. Another customer advised that the DVDs sold at this store are region specific and the DVD player has to be compatible with DVDs from [redacted]. However, the store employee who sold the DVD never mentioned anything about a region specific DVD when the purchase was made. The DVD cannot be played in a conventional U.S. DVD player.
