Do not do business with this companyTheir product is a total SCAMI have tried to contact them thru email and phone and never get answeredI am trying to get my refund of they claim comes with a day warrantyThey NEVER answer phone or reply back by emailThis product is terrible as it makes your computer problems even worse BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

On 4/27/17, I purchased RegServ software from Xionix over the web via a credit card Once I activated the software, it worked fine until on or about May 23, The product now does not work because it indicates that I have exceeded my license allotment and I need to upgrade The fact is that I purchased only one license and my computer is the only copy that is currently active under that license Therefore, there is no reason that my software should not work This appears to be a scam to "trick" the consumer into thinking that they need to upgrade their product to multiple licenses All emails to "[email protected]" have been ignored by Xionix My call to the number they provided in my email receipt (801) 854-goes to a full voice mail inbox I have called multiple times and on all occasions it goes to voice mail and then indicates the mailbox is full There is absolutely no way to get customer support from this company

This product does not work, along with Registry clean-upI purchased Driver Hound for $and the Registry clefor$There is always a happy recording from Jennifer willing to help, but never returns my calls and the email isn't correctNo support at all! I want my credit card refunded! I deleted both programs from my computerThis is a rip-off!

Paid for year of RegServ, which is a computer cleaning/protection program Paid $ on 4/29/ By Oct 8, the service had stopped working I would scan my computer and it would come back saying I had over threats to be fixed, then when I pushed the button to fix the threats it would say I had too many computers on my license key, so I needed to buy another key or take a computer off I have only ONE computer It said to uninstall program and reinstall, I did this times Made sure the program was completely off my computer No luck My computer is locking up and slow running now I have sent multiple texts and left messages on the 801-854-number, message says her name is Jennifer with Xionix and that if you leave a message with your name,number and email address, she will call back ALso gives email address of support @xionix.com Here is a brief list of the emails I have sent thru their website, which I have not way to track outside of my documenatio

Left almost a dozen emails since Jan to date requesting refund Also left one voicemail requesting same Every
other time I tried to call the line would automatically disconnect or got message of "voicemail is full"
Jan received email stating they would refund my $ But as you'd expect, nothing to date in that regard Also
full voicemail again and no response to repeated email inquires I suspect there is no intension of a refund on my
behalf At the very best, their customer service is basically non-existent, nonresponsive and deceiving

Used one of this companies products, RegServe, which is a computer registry cleanupTheir product did not clean the registry issues on my computer after installing and scanning my computer
I have been notifying a representative, Jennifer C***, by email, times about getting a refund in the amount of $29.95, which I have not received to this date, January 29th,
On January 11th, Jennifer, responded by email to me and stated that she cancelled my account with Xionix and issued a refund in the amount of $29.95, which as of this date, January 29th, 2017, have NOT received
I have again notified Jennifer by email that I have not received a refund, but now am not getting a response!

I purchased software licenses from this companyOne license covers two computers, and the other covers one computer for a total of licensesThe software installed and worked on all computers until overnight, the software complained I had exceeded my license limit and would need to purchase more licenses
I did not exceed my limit and had not installed the software on no more than the authorized purchased license limitMost importantly, the software stopped working on my systems which effectively denied me the service I purchased
The phenomenon has happed TWICEOn the first occasion, I contacted their support via their website and explained the issue as I've outlined aboveThey did not respond and I had to contact on multiple occasions and without response or contact from them, the software started working againThe main take away on the first occasion is there is no communications from this company
Fast forward to December and I am having the exact same is

The Driverhouund software designed to look for missing or incomplete computer drivers dose not workIt actually doesn't do anything at all, a complete scam

ON 6/15/I WENT ONLINE TO FIND SOFTWARE PROGRAM TO UP DATE MY WINDOWS PRO HP MICRO TOWER COMPUTERI FOUND REVIEWS WEBSITE SAYING DRIVER HOUND ( XIONIX INC) AS RATED #SO I PROCEEDED TO DOWN LOAD SOFTWARE FOR A FREE SCAN, AFTER RUNNING SCAN THE PROGRAM SAID I NEEDED TO REGISTER TO GET MY DRIVERS UPDATEDI DID REGISTER & PAID ON MY VISA BANK CARD $I RECIEVED LIC KEY *** WHICH IS ALSO MY ORDER NUMBER.!!!!!!!!!! THE PROGRAM RAN & KEPT RUNNING FOR OVER TO MINUTES.??????? I ATTEMPTED TO CALL LISTED PHONE # 801-854-GOT JENNIFER VOICE MAIL LRFT MESSAGE THAT INEEDED SUPPORT THAT I HAD PROBLEM, IALSO USED E-MAIL WHICH INFORMED ME THAT SOME ONE WOULD BE BACK TO ME IN TWO DAYS.???? www.xionix.com AFTER SEVERAL HORS I MANUALY SHUT DOWN COMPUTER AND FOUND HARD DRIVE HAD BECOME CORRUPTED THE NEXT DAY STILL NO CLLS I PROCEEDED TO CLEAN DRIVE AND AS OF TODAY IOHAVE MANAGED TO GET ALL PROGRAMS BACK INTO MY COMPUTER EXCEPT FOR NUMEROUS PHOTO ALBUMS AND
