The client signed up for an Xtra Fit Membership at Xist on March 14, 2015. She signed a billing agreement stating that we would bill her credit card on the 15th of each month for the monthly dues of 19.99 + tax. It is also stated in the...

billing agreement that we charge an annual fee of $29 + Tax on June 5th of each year. We are unable to refund the client these dues as this was terms of the membership agreement. We do not have any contracts or commitments, so she is cancelled as requested. I have attached the billing agreement that she signed on March 14, 2015. We did send an email out as a courtesy to our clients. We would not be able to send this if our clients did not provide updated information to us.
