I closed this business approx October of
I did purchase the equipment
I did not pull the mechanical permit, the owner did(Verified thru *** County)
I did not install the system or duct work
I was not notified prior of any
problems/service of the system.
I was told by another that they had serviced the system for the*** and some work had been done to the system also

Although I did pull the permit, I hired Browns Heating and Cooling to install the HVAC System, as a wholeMrBrown said he and his Employee, *** were going to do the workHe was State Licensed and Insured and he guaranteed me he would do a good jobI did not hire *** to do the Duct work I paid *** Brown, with Browns HVAC one check for the entire jobI did contact him 1/years later when the system went out and he stated to me he was too busy to help me at that time, because he was teaching HVAC, and working full timeHe offered to send two of his students out to repair my unitThat is when I called another Certified HVAC to repair my unitAfter the first service call he changed his number and I have been unable to get in contact with him since*** ***
Brown's Heating and Cooling did not have [redacted] as a employee. [redacted] worked for himself and paid his own taxes, insurance and workers comp.
I was the only employee of Brown's HVAC
[redacted] did the installation of the system and did a good job. Mr.[redacted] was pleased with the work that [redacted] did and had no problems with it. No problems was reported from the inspection from[redacted] County.
Mr.[redacted] did contact me after and not prior to the fact of a problem. He had Mr.[redacted] come and make the repair. He asked if the factory warranty was still good and I replied yes. He stated he was gonna let Mr. [redacted] repair it. I have never stated that I would send two students to make repair on his system.
I did not change my number because I received a call from Mr.[redacted]. I was no longer using that phone/number and the account with [redacted] was closed.
