XL Building Products

We built a new home and have had our windows from XL Building Products for 6 years! We have been very happy with our windows but one of the patio windows has a broken seal. We have been contacting XL Building Products since March. We understand that things were closed down for a period due to COVID. In May they could not find our invoice and had no record of our purchase. We mailed them a copy of our invoice from our records so they would know the exact product we were having issues with. After 5-6 phone calls and speaking to Sarah we still have no information on what or how they can help us with this window. She said she is waiting to hear from the manufacturer. Their website boasts that they have exceptional customer service but we feel like we are getting a run around. We have made all the contact and they have not called us at all to keep us informed! We are very frustrated at this point.

Do not buy products from this company. The owner, MATT is dishonest, rude and obnoxious. Sold me defective product and refused to replace or refund..
