Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The owner as I figured would create a statement of the actual events that really happened and she never mentioned to the vulgar language she used on myself and my son There was only one couple there looking at games and at no time was I as aggressive as she mentioned on her statement nor did they asked if she would want them to call security I'm a disabled U.SMarine Corps veteran and my son is autistic, that's why I had gone to the store because apparently the salesperson took advantage of him My son doesn't know any better and believes what people tell him and I wanted to make sure they would honor their policy as stated on the receipt Now if the salesperson had asked him to please read all of their store policies before making a purchase and also do the same to every customer then they wouldn't have any business It's a lesson he's going to learn that there's people out there who take advantage of others and I'm showing him of other ways to voice his frustration when businesses take advantage of you All I can do is wait till they run out of business due bad customer service because word of mouth and social media goes a long way in the business market I doubt anything will get done, all I want is my grievance to be heard about the poor service this business and the owner had conducted themselves I advised my son, we're going to learn from it and make sure it doesn't happen again I already advised my coworkers in the federal government, friends and friends on social media to be very careful if they or their children do purchase merchandise from this business Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The owner as I figured would create a false statement of the actual events that really happened and she never mentioned to the vulgar language she used on myself and my son.  There was only one couple there looking at games and at no time was I as aggressive as she mentioned on her statement nor did they asked if she would want them to call security.  I'm a disabled U.S. Marine Corps veteran and my son is autistic, that's why I had gone to the store because apparently the salesperson took advantage of him.  My son doesn't know any better and believes what people tell him and I wanted to make sure they would honor their policy as stated on the receipt.  Now if the salesperson had asked him to please read all of their store policies before making a purchase and also do the same to every customer then they wouldn't have any business.  It's a lesson he's going to learn that there's people out there who take advantage of others and I'm showing him of other ways to voice his frustration when businesses take advantage of you.  All I can do is wait till they run out of business due bad customer service because word of mouth and social media goes a long way in the business market.  I doubt anything will get done, all I want is my grievance to be heard about the poor service this business and the owner had conducted themselves.  I advised my son, we're going to learn from it and make sure it doesn't happen again.  I already advised my coworkers in the federal government, friends and friends on social media to be very careful if they or their children do purchase merchandise from this business.            Regards,[redacted]

Comments: Claim ID:[redacted]   On 7/10/1015 a man came in to purchase a used game at our store. The clerk who helped this customer advised him that all sales were final on all used games.  Unless the game itself didn't work then the customer could come in and exchange it for...

another.  The customer agreed and proceeded to purchase the used game.  The following day the man (the customer) came in with his father to try to exchange the game.  The customer's father was not present when the man originally purchased the game.  They stated that the game didn't work which is untrue. The game DOES work but the customer mistakenly chose a game that is not compatible with his console. The father was immediately dismissive and extremely aggressive. As I tried to explain our policy he interrupted me repeatedly and said he didn't care about our policy and demanded that I do what he said. I then proceeded to tell him I was not going to talk to him if he kept screaming and yelling and that they would have to return on another day when they were calm. The father said he did not have to leave and once again told me that I was to do what they said.  I explained, as our policy states, that there are no refunds and that all sales were final on all used games.  I did offer to give the customer a discount on a new game that was compatible with his console.  The customer's father asked if I had games that were compatible with their console for the same price he purchased the day before.  When I said no and that the games they were looking for are more expensive the man's father once again started yelling, screaming and harassing me.  Yelling and raising his voice, the father asked who was above me that he could talk to.  I said 3 times there was no one else.  I told the father I was the owner and he said "screw you and screw your stupid business." They didn't accept the discount offer on this day.  The father also wanted to talk to the clerk who helped the day before but I refused to let them harass our clerk too.  I am a female who was harassed and felt threatened by these two men.  Other customers were around and  even offered to call security for me.  I told the customer and his father they needed to leave or that I would call security.  It wasn't until I said that I would call security that they left.  The customer's father wanted his demands met by a way of bullying, screaming, and harassing others and creating a scene.  Bullying and harassment are in no way tolerated at Perfect Games.  Our policy is stated in our store and we do as much as possible to inform our customers of our policy.  It is the customer's responsibility to know what consoles or systems they have at home.  We at Perfect Games can only help the customers by the information they give us.
