[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it is true that Mohamed as former xmoddz supervisor told me that xmoddz was being closed and there would be or-logic and he said that I could pick up my [redacted] when ready in another place and he will let me know when its ready and about the addressBut from my perspective, both of xmoddz and or-logic are under same entity because of Mohamed explanation and I got some emails from xmoddz with website link [redacted] it clearly explain that xmoddz and [redacted] is one entity businessAnd there was a banner notice on xmoddz website that explain xmoddz was closed and if have question regarding console service can contact ###-###-#### and eventually I found that its Mohamed number and when I asked him about my console repair status and he told me that he was no more with xmoddz and he is with [redacted] now (http:// [redacted] repairs.com/) and he said he doesn't know about my console status and I should contact xmoddz and he said that he could not help me because he doesn't have access to xmoddz anymoreFrom xmoddz llc response, it is clear stated that xmoddz let his former supervisor did "a business inside a business" and it mislead customer (me)OR maybe xmoddz it self did??? I don't know about it exactly and who is at fault xmoddz did let [redacted] using his tracker ( [redacted] ) so it seems xmoddz and [redacted] as one business entity, and xmoddz had a link banner to let cutomer contact Mohamed/ [redacted] number and that xmoddz has took down already as xmoddz stated in his response(if you read the xmoddz response, it clearly seems xmoddz and [redacted] as one business entity) And it is stated that xmoddz was closed and there is new company xmoddz corp and said the claim has nothing to do with companyBut I see the the pdf file is [redacted] it is strange, isn't it? And the last, xmoddz and or [redacted] can keep my [redacted] if that's make both of you happyI'm not going to become poor and suffer because I don't get my [redacted] backRegards, [redacted]

XModdz LLC has closed and is no longer in operationThe supervisor of XModdz LLC was Mohamed A [redacted] , during the close Mohamed was operating in our store front under his company [redacted] ***XModdz was not doing business at this time as preparations were made to close and remove all company assets from the store front.The customer reported that they have been dealing with [redacted] well into He also reported that [redacted] had their [redacted] and was working on itSo I am not sure why he would be calling us as we are in WAThe customer also mentioned they received updates that [redacted] was waiting for parts, therefore the [redacted] is in the possession of the [redacted] company [redacted] had subscribed to our repair tracker which is why the customer has the website address containing both XModdz and [redacted] Since this problem, we have terminated all dealings with [redacted] and the link no longer functions.I Ace M [redacted] have taken over the XModdz name and formed a new company XModdz CorpWe do not do any repair related activities and do not have a retail storeThis is a separate company and we are based out of WA, where XModdz LLC was based out of VAThis claim has nothing to do with our company.Regards,Ace M
