Please do understand that the claims department evaluated the consumer as per the agreement of the contract. If the consumer was not satisfy with the results a rebuttal was suppose to be done by the consumer to have the claim re-evaluated and this was instructed to them. WE DO NOT EXCEPT THE EXPLANATION OF THE COMPANY BECAUSE WE HAVE MADE EVERY EFFORT TO CONTACT THEM AND THE INSURANCE COMPANY AT THAT TIME AND JUST GOT THE RUN AROUND.THEY DAMAGED AND LOSS A GREAT DEAL OF OUR BELONGINGS AND WE PUT OUR TRUST IN THERE COMPANY TO GET OUR PROPERTY TO OUR NEW ADDRESS WITH AS LITTLE DAMAGE AS POSSIBLE.AFTER THE FIRST INSURANCE COMPANY QUIT OR WAS FIRED I DON'T KNOW WHICH NO ONE CONTACTED US REGARDING OUR CLAIM. I HAD TO GET AN ATTORNEY TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH FINDING INFORMATION REGARDING XO MOVERS AND THE INSURANCE COMPANY.WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MONTHS DOING WITHOUT MEDICAL EQUIPMENT WE SO DESPERATELY NEEDED. I WOULD LIKE NOTHING BETTER THAN TO RESOLVE THIS DISPUTE IN ALL FAIRNESS.THEY HAVE OUR HOME AND CELL NUMBERS AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED US EXCEPT THE NEW INSURANCE COMPANY VIA E-MAIL 2X THAT REPLACED THE FIRST ONE. WE HAVE SUBMITTED ANOTHER CLAIM WITH THEM AND HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM THEM.THEY ASKED FOR 45 DAYS TO PROCESS THE CLAIM AND IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 45 DAYS. I THINK WE HAVE BEEN PATIENT LONG ENOUGH.

we don't know what that really means, because we have heard this over and over and we want results.my wife and I will except that xo movers will resolve this matter promptly however after waiting a year for them to comply we have issued them an ultimatum. after e-mailing them several times with no response after there insurance company said to give them 45 days to investigate we have heard nothing from them and that time has passed [redacted] a second e-mail was sent giving then to the 15th of april to resolve this matter and then we will close our complaint with Revdex.com.
