Absolutely the worst company ever! Zero customer service and they NEVER answer the phones. I've been trying to reach anyone via email or phone with no response. They've suckered us into an install charge of $199 which I canceled and chose to do this myself. They have dropped off the earth and will not respond to numerous refund requests or how they would like for us to return there damaged cooler. I will never understand how companies like this stay in business. Busy or not, just respond to your customers!

After ordering/paying for our cooler, it took SEVERAL scheduled/cancelled appointments to get someone out to hook it up. When the guy showed up, turns out, it was just a guy off Craig's List, who they paid $100 to come do the install. They did send us an extra water filter as a "apology". 6 months later, the cooler stopped working - After chatting with a service rep., it was agreed that the float was the problem. As per their 2 year warranty, the new piece was to be shipped at no cost. We were told (on a Thurs) that the float would arrive the following Monday. Monday, Wed., & Friday came and went. On Monday of the following week (1 full week + has passed), it still has not arrived. While it seems as though this company WANTS to do good business, they just don't have the means to hold up to the standards of their buyers. Would NOT suggest this as a purchase -- clearly they are still working out all the kinks in how they run, and needs lots of work (all around) -- customer service is always pleasant, but that's where the buck stops....
