The guest has my contact information and will contact me should any additional questions arise. I do however feel with our prompt follow up to the matter, the case can be closed/resolved with a positive end result.

Review: I recently stayed at the Zona Hotel and Suites and noticed a charge of 51.-- to my bank account a few days after checking out. When I called the front desk of the hotel they told me I should have signed a registration form agreeing to a 15.00 a day charge to use the wifi, parking lots, continental breakfast, etc. I was never informed of any type of charge when I booked the hotel on Priceline or when I checked in on 1/23/14. I looked at my purchase receipt on Priceline and there was nothing to let me know of any charge. I would not have agreed to those terms and stayed at that hotel. They are completely taking advantage of me and I have no idea what to do. This isnt the only issue I have had with this hotel. If they are going to charge me for something, I should have known and agreed to it!Desired Settlement: 51.00 for the amount they are charging me.
