Xoom Hearing

Order ***. Waiting since 1/15/2020 for my order to be filled I have reached out to them three times and was told that deliveries were postponed because of covid-19 but our orders would be coming, first in April and then met and now it's June and I am still waiting. They have already taken $151.30 out of my *** account this was the total amount for the purchase and I have still not received my package.

Hearing Aids were ordered on 1/3/2020. order #7528. Have not received them. When called recording say all will be received by mid March.

ordered hearing aids for my Fiance in January. She has MS and needs them badly. They had a ad on Facebook for hearing aids for 85$. Took money . Their recording says all orders will be out buy Mid March,, This is May 14th

I ordered a pair of hearing aids from a company called *** Hearing, which since April 7th has become Xoom Hearing. I placed my order on April 7th and the order still has not shipped out. I have attempted to contact by phone but get a recording to contact them by email at xoomhearing.com which is not an email address and if you go to the website there is nothing on there about contacting them. They took out their payment the day after my order was placed, totaling 139.65

I ordered a pair of hearing aids online in February of this year. I received a confirmation of payment by credit card. When calling customer service, I kept getting a recording message (no person actually answers calls) saying ordered items will be shipped within 24 hours. I emailed customer support in February, March and April and I receive replies to the effect that the item will be shipped soon. Never managed to speak to a real person. I have now read posted reviews of the company and found out that others faced the same problem and believe they were defrauded. I have records of online receipt and exchange of emails. If this turns out to be fraudulent advertising, I do not want others to fall victim. In my last email I asked for a refund but received no answer.
