Review: I have just fall into victim of this so call xpedited shipping company, all the Promises and all the claim they made in reference to their website are all fake, I requested my merchant to deliver item worth of $2000 dollar to them to be sent overseas (Nigeria) which I fully paid for all services for my delivery.I waited so long for my goods to be delivered and I made several calls on till the 07/**/2013 when this Arrogant man answer the call with unprofessional attitude, Instead of him to give me explanation on what is going on with my Item, he start coursing and yelling at me on phone: for records purpose, I have include the link for you to see a review of anther victim with this company: http[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the services I paid for and all my Item intact back to the merchant since the service I paid for are not fulfilled

The complainant items are in Nigeria waiting to be picked up, when we informed the complainant his items has shipped he withdrew the payment he made to us thinking we won't spot the withdrawal of the fund from Paypal we've notified his recipient in Lagos, Nigeria that if they don't pick up the item on August **, 2013 we will start charging them storage fees including the total amount of shipment of the items.

Let your recipient take the shipment money to our office in Lagos to pick up your goods and mind you you're been charged #2000.00 ( Naira) per day for storage.
