I have sent email today 3/3/2017...

& called & left message.  Until I get a response I will not accept that the issues I have are taken care of.  I would appreciate a call from them within 2 business days.  It does me no good to have a telephone number & email address if they don't call me to correct the problem...& if the issues aren't taken care of within 2 business days what is the point in having them...I need answers now, not a week or two from now! I feel they misrepresented themselves & I wasted my money and will have to pay another company to fix my computer problems.
