Dear Ms***: Reference: Revdex.com Case # [redacted] This letter is in response to your letter dated August 4, regarding a customer complaint which you received for resolution This case is referenced as Revdex.com Case # [redacted] .My prospective client, [redacted] first contacted me via text on March 21, After the text, I verbally spoke with her and explained to her what was needed in order for me to repair her credit On March 21, 2015, I sent her a contract and step by step instructions on what she needed to provide to me in order to fulfill the contract She paid me $on March 21, I did not receive the documents that I had requested in the specified time period to fulfill the contract For the third time on May 14, via text message, I informed her again of the documents needed for fulfilling the contract On June 1, 2015, I again sent her another contract and directions on what documents to submit to Xpert Credit CounselingEach contract that [redacted] received from me contained the following verbiage: “Requested qualifying documentation such as Driver’s License and/or State ID card, Social Security Card, in addition a combination of of the following documents (Utility Bills, Pay Stub and/or Bank Statement) must be receive d by Xpert Credit Counseling within days from the date of payment or this contract will be null and void”On July 21, 2015, she sent requested documents with the exception of the Social Security Card, along with a signed contract.With the receipt of payment on March 21st, I immediately proceeded to do what I could on her contract without receiving the documents required *** [redacted] acknowledges in her complaint that she forgot to send the required documents based on the contract and the instructions for doing so So she must have seen the contract and communicated with me As the partnership of client and provider should be a positive one, it is expected that both parties should comply with their responsibilities based on the contract [redacted] failed to cooperate on her part by not sending the required documents As of the above date, the required documents have not been received I therefore feel that it is not justified that *** [redacted] be refunded her payment based on the time frame for receiving documents, thus violating the day rule in the contract Sincerely, Xpert Credit Counseling
