Of course they don't have my name or customer ID number. I was never a customer of theirs- Thats the problem. They charged my [redacted] as if I was a customer; but I never received any services. You can close my account as I got my [redacted] card company to request my repayment. I have since been reimbursed. Goodness. This company is ridiculous

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
I believe this is a scam business.  The gentlemen on the phone use
American names but they are Indian and they are located in India.  They
gave me a 300 refund but I still paid 1,000 to "recapture" my computer.
 My IT person said I should have just hung up!!!  Will not pursue
anymore but these folks business should be closed up!!!! Thank you, [redacted]
