purchaseMr*** *** had generic listings online that were not verifiedMr *** *** also signed his agreement and receipt which specifically details his purchaseNot one time did we misrepresent our client on what he would receive in return for a $one time paymentAs for any incorrect information Mrs*** is stating in her complaint, to our understanding they both read over the agreement before he signedWe pride our selves in delivering and providing nothing but great service and do not believe in misleading our clientsWe do sell websites however not for $As for Mrs*** at the time of purchase, we solely dealt with Mr.*** ***All of our calls are monitored and recorded for quality assurance as stated Mr*** *** clearly stated on record that he was the sole proprietor of Industrial Machine RepairAll the information that was provided was given to my company from Mr.*** ***On 1/24/we heard from Mrs*** we did everything we could do to rectify the situation however we couldn't provide the quality customer service because Mrs*** did nothing but yell curse and belittle our staff before we could say anything she hung upIf you read the agreement above it clearly states in section states client can cancel however we will not honor chargebacks or refundsPlease let the documents above speak for itself this is not right that Mr& Mrs*** would make such accusations under the knowledge and agreement that Mr*** *** signedI want this complaint to be removed immediatelyThis in no way form or fashion represents our BrandWe truly appreciate your eyes and time that you had to take to review this complaint

I am rejecting this response because: The response is inaccurate. The customer service did nothing to assist Mrs*** and there was never a curse word used. The Xplore rep refused to listen and would not stop talking other than to repeat a script that she was given. The rep did state that the 4:pm appointment with their advertising group was to upsell for other services and admitted that the information that Xplore had on the order, invoice, and agreement was incorrectThis company has existing complaints on Revdex.com that they have not addressed, so I'm surprised they have address mine. I requested to talk to a manager at Xplore and have not heard from anyone yet. The initial sales call did misrepresent what Xplore was providing -- a web presence and marketing. They did not clearly state that they were going to only verify my current listing with Google and try to upsell me on other services. I find the response from the company completely inaccurate. Needless to say, I reported my experience to both Revdex.com and to *** *** I will not do business with Xplore and I do not recommend their services.

walked *** through the process and also had her write down our company information which is a company policy*** wrote down Xplore Enterprise and our toll free number at the time of her purchase*** was advised and explained that her purchase warranted our Bundle Sites Program which offers directories and business cards for $At the time of her purchase, *** asked if we would work with her budget and not charge her the full amount of $that dayWe honored her request, with the opportunity to still get the product & serviceWe arranged a payment plan with her hoping to ease her load and not have her have to worry about having the full amount paid on 2/3/Attached above is our corresponding emails and notes we left on her accountAlso included in the attachment is her agreement that she signed stating her purchase amount, product type, and her agreeing to the terms and conditionsI've also called *** several times since this complaint to see what we could do to resolve any purchase issue as well as re explain if she needed us toHowever *** has not responded back to us by phone nor emailWe pride ourselves in providing accurate information regarding the clients online statusAs you can see we are still providing the services and product *** has not paid for in fullWe want nothing but the best results for all of our clients and will continue to make that happenWe serve thousands of clients and we know we can't make everyone happy, but we will do our best to resolve any issues or complaintsThanks

Xplore Enterprise LLC did contact me via email and they refunded the $299 initially charged to my credit card. The case is resolved.
