I am rejecting this response because:
XPO did not offer me a refund. [redacted] ** gave me the refund. XPO even told me at one point that they were not going to issue me a refund. In addition, XPO was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional throughout the entire process. It was a horrible experience working with them.

This is a HORRIBLE company to deal with. Apparently they are the logistics company working with [redacted] and [redacted] in Maryland. They lie and do not follow through on appointments they set. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY and now [redacted] and [redacted]!!! 3 days after supposed installation of my newly purchased appliance I am still sitting with an uninstalled appliance and no installation date in sight. Of course this service was paid for through [redacted] and with [redacted] "protection" which is also a joke because it all is handled through XPO Logistics --- HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I am rejecting this response because: These terms are not what I’ve agreed to. I was told during my last conversation with Tyrone that he would put a proposal together and that was it. This final proposal was not discussed with me before it was sent to the Revdex.com. My refrigerator that was damaged by the XPO driver had value still. A trip to the dump is nowhere near the value of the appliance.

This letter is submitted in response to the above referenced complaint, received by XPO Logistics on February 10, 2017. XPO Logistics is a third-party freight forwarder and subcontracts all of its deliveries and installations, including [redacted] order. XPO does not have any employees that...

actually deliver and/or install appliances at customers’ homes, therefore, XPO’s insurance does not cover [redacted] claim. The customer has submitted her claim to the manufacturer’s and the installer’s insurance companies which are investigating it. XPO regrets the inconvenience caused to the customer.

I had ordered a playground set, and waited for proper installation all summer long due to original installation not being done correctly. I was told that I would reimbursed the delivery and installation fee of $450, and have yet to receive a check.
