I have done business with Xport Auto parts for yearsXport Auto business is very important to my daily operation of importing auto parts from Miami to Nassau The Service of Xport Auto is always in a timely and that makes it a plus for us
I placed an order (no. XXXXXX) and arranged payment of USD 1,474.63, this includes goods and delivery (courier) by *** Card from my Bank in , funds were transferred immediately.
XPort confirmed my order and then, one hour later, they that the Order was suspended for security reasons and that I needed to send to them a photograph of my *** Card and a copy of my Passport.
This immediately raised my suspicions, however I complied and XPort acknowledged receipt.
I now enter their website and log-in and check my order status and find "Failed".
I have sent numerous emails to the various departments at XPort without any acknowledgement or reply. I have tried phonong on their XXX XXX XXXX but every time it is answered by a Power Company and not XPort. I have tried online chat in their website without any success, only being told that the MD will be contacting me by email - which never happens.
XPort pride themselves with "We take pride in providing first class customer service" !!!!
It is slightly difficult as XPort are in Florida, my Bank is in *** of ***, *** and I am in *** (which is the destination of my order).

Contact by the Business Two simple steps so that I know that I have not been "scammed". Firstly just to confirm that my order is indeed in progress and not "failed". Secondly to advise me the *** Number for tracking, so that I can arrange reception of the goods on arrival. Many Thanks.
We have been in communication with you and have advised of the estimated date of shipment for this order. I have receieved an email form youi advising to disregard this claim with the Revdex.com. I would like to have this case closed as soon as possible as it is without merit...

In general terms I do accept the response from Xport Auto Parts but I do feel offended by their comment regarding the claim through Revdex.com "as it is without merit", that might be Xport Auto Parts view of the situation but, as a customer, I still feel their customer service was let down by lack of communications within their own team and failure to advise me that the original order number had been cancelled and that a new order number had been created.
It is all water under the bridge and Xport Auto Parts have delivered, I just hope that this experience might assist any future orders that I, or other customers, have with Xport Auto Parts.
I would now request that this matter be closed.
